These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings, payments, services, and interactions with Mimi & Emme ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing this website or booking a session, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be 21 years or older to view this website or book any session.
  • By booking, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and truthful.

2. Nature of Services

Our offerings are sensual, therapeutic, body-based sessions focused on sensory relaxation and embodied experience.

We do not offer:

  • Medical or physiotherapy services
  • Any services prohibited by South African law
  • Any explicit sexual services

We reserve the right to decline, modify, or end a session immediately if boundaries, consent, or safety protocols are violated.

3. Booking Requirements

  • In-Studio Sessions: Book at least 24 hours in advance
  • On-Location Sessions: Book at least 48 hours in advance

Bookings are only confirmed once the 50% reservation fee has been received.

We may request additional verification for safety or logistical reasons.

4. Location

  • In-studio sessions take place in our private space located in Cape Town's leafy Southern Suburbs, with an additional studio in the City Centre.
  • On-location sessions are available by request.
  • Travel outside the Cape Town Metro Area may incur additional fees based on distance and requirements.

5. Payments

  • A 50% non-refundable reservation fee is required to secure any session.
  • Remaining 50% is due:
    • On arrival for all in-studio sessions
    • 24 hours before any Domme or on-location session

Accepted payment methods:

  • Cash
  • EFT
  • Major credit cards (via approved payment provider)

We do not store or process your card information directly.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your booking: reservation fee remains non-refundable but you may reschedule once at no extra charge.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your session will incur a 50% late cancellation fee.
  • No-shows or same-day cancellations are charged at 100%.

On-location bookings cancelled less than 48 hours before the appointment may incur additional travel or preparation fees.

We reserve the right to reschedule in case of emergencies or safety concerns.

7. Client Conduct

To maintain a safe, respectful environment:

  • No sexual services will be offered or requested
  • No aggressive, intoxicated, or inappropriate behaviour
  • Clear communication and consent must be respected at all times

Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of the session with no refund.

8. Privacy & Confidentiality

Your privacy is paramount.

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding:

  • Your identity
  • Booking history
  • Communications
  • Any personal information shared with us

We will never disclose your information unless legally compelled.

We reserve the right to decline service if safety cannot be assured.

10. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

By interacting with Mimi & Emme and booking our services, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Assumption of Risk: You understand that our services involve physical touch, emotional presence, and sensory exploration which may have physical, mental, and emotional consequences. You participate in these sessions entirely at your own risk.
  • Full Awareness: You are fully aware of the nature of the treatments and the potential for various responses (physical or emotional) and accept full responsibility for your own well-being during and after the session.
  • Waiver of Liability: You agree that Mimi & Emme (and any associated practitioners) shall not be held liable for any negative outcomes, injuries, emotional distress, or damages arising from or related to the services provided.
  • No Guarantees: While we aim to provide a therapeutic experience, results vary from person to person and no specific outcomes are guaranteed.
  • All services comply with South African law and professional ethical standards.

11. Age Verification

By using this website and making a booking, you confirm that you are 21 years or older.
